We're simplifying shipping fees.

• All orders up to $49 will be charged a flat rate of $9.95

• All orders $50-$100 will be charged a flat rate of $12.95

• Orders over $100 ship free

Carriers

All orders ship via UPS or USPS within 1-2 business days. Processing time may be slightly delayed during the holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

In-store purchases

• Any new item purchased in-person may be exchanged only within 7 business days.

Online purchases

• We will honor returns for online purchases within 7 days and offer a full refund minus shipping costs for all items received back to us in new, undamaged condition. We do not cover return shipping fees. Please email us at hello@sidebloomshop.com and we'd be happy to walk through the process with you.

• We take great care to ensure that your goods arrive to you safely, but if damage occurs in transit, please reach out to us and we will gladly replace your item.
