Retail & Fulfillment Associate
part-time (non-seasonal)

We're looking for a warm and hospitable part-time retail & fulfillment associate to join our team. As a small business, we highly value the willingness to be self-starters, flexible to any need that may arise, and collaborative in day-to-day functions.

Job Description

• Maintain a cheerful, warm and engaged posture while greeting customers, responding to questions, and providing excellent customer service overall

• Improve sales and interest in merchandise by directing customers to products, cross-selling, and having a solid understanding of product offerings

• Develop trust and ongoing relationships with customers by organic engagement

• Operate cash register with an attention to detail and confident understanding of point-of-sale system

• Receive any new products and offer inventory support whenever needed

• Assist in fulfilling any online wholesale/retail orders that may arise

• Oversee cleanliness and an orderly environment on the floor and warehouse

Qualifications

• Interest in retail, small business, connection, and product-based companies

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Acute attention to detail and desire to perform duties with excellence

• Cheerful attitude with willingness to learn

• High school diploma, pursuit of college degree, or BA/BS preferred

• Sales or hospitality experience preferred
